Summary

RIVUS has a master services agreement by STARR II (a tri-venture between Atkins North America, Inc., Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., and Dewberry Consultants, LLC, to perform Flood Risk Mapping, Assessment, and Planning (“Risk MAP”) Production and Technical Services under a STARR II prime contract with the Department of Homeland Security (“DHS”), Federal Emergency Management Agency (“FEMA”).

 

Scope of Services

RIVUS scope of work under this MSA includes Production and Technical Services (PTS) required in support of FEMA’s Risk Mapping Assessment and Planning (Risk MAP); Hazard Mitigation Technical Assistance Program (HMTAP); and Technical Assistance and Research Contract (TARC) programs. The services required by the PTS Statement Of Objectives (“SOO”), some or all of which may be requested of RIVUS include, but are not necessarily limited to: riverine and coastal hydrology and hydraulics, digital mapping and geographic information systems (GIS), flood risk hazards analyses and risk assessment, hazard mitigation planning, stakeholder outreach and facilitation, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC), and disaster assistance in support of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) and the Risk MAP Program.
