RIVUS Consulting LLC is providing onsite program and construction management support on a staff-augmentation basis for the County’s Capital MS4 NPDES CIP and Watershed Implementation Programs.

Scope of Services

Development of the MS4 NPDES Program Management Manual

Developing guidelines for County’s large-scale CIP to ensure that agency staff, consultants, and contractors, adhere to universal standard operating procedures for planning, design, construction management, operation and maintenance. SOPs include user-friendly online workflow diagrams in Visio with live links to standardized checklists providing easy-to-use guidelines for engineers and project managers to help meet standard project and/or regulatory compliance requirements.

Project/Contract Administration Training

Through a series of live training sessions conduct interactive coaching sessions for project managers and engineers on project life-cycle best practices in contract management topics including Contract Interpretation, Risk Management, Warranty, Claims, Contract Changes, Defects, Damages, Contract Performance and Breach, Termination, Disputes and Substantial Completion. Sessions include PPT slides, Q&A and real case studies with the goal to enhance
